Tried these when I saw a discount code on Latest Deals and never looked back. Often cheaper than their competitors as they charge less admin costs. We've taken advantage of deals like 10% Tuesdays and other voucher codes since. Luckily haven't felt the need to use their customer services yet. Totally disappointed with this company. Thought I'd use them again after the first mess up where I was able to order and pay for my meal, only after an hour of waiting to be told the restaurant was closed! This happened again the 2nd time I used it. Is it just me!??I had hungry children and I was so mad, when they replied with, we'll give you a discount voucher to use next time and promised it will never happen again, even though this was the 2nd time it had happened. I politely told them where to shove their voucher!So, I will never be using them again and will be sticking to Just Eat!
